Rectangular neodymium magnets offer outstanding performance. We often supply basic geometric shapes in various thicknesses and premium grades ranging from N30 to N55. The common coating option is a triple-coated (Ni-Cu-Ni) shiny nickel finish for optimal protection against corrosion.
Most block magnets have their north and south pole on the two largest areas. The few exceptions, which are magnetized in longitudinal direction.
The usual magnetized direction of block magnets is through thickness, that means that the N-S poles are on the big flat surfaces.
